Classroom Essential Agreements

Focusing on the IB attributes, we will show Respect and Cooperation toward one another in class and on the playground. In addition, focusing on the Ybarra Bear Paw Pledge, Students are principled students who act responsibly with respect.

Reflection vs. Recognition:

Positive Attitudes:

Friday treats, Fun Friday, Good Citizenship Award, or lunch with the principal, and special prizes and rewards.

Negative Attitudes:

Time out at recess for a self-reflection (a written Behavioral Reflection as needed).

After the 3rd written Behavioral Reflections, a referral will be sent to the office.
